Forecast Discussion: Winds switch to the northeast on Saturday as high pressure stays north of the state. With temperatures persisting in the 90s, the reverse I-95 corridor winds will support continued Moderate ozone AQI conditions, despite lower weekend emissions. Temperatures remain near 90F on Sunday, but with flow off the ocean and continued lower weekend emissions, the setup will be less supportive of ozone leading to upper Good to mid-Moderate ozone air quality east to west across the state. Light winds, warm temperatures, and work-week emissions will combine to increase ozone concentrations further in to the Moderate range on Monday. -MDE
