Forecast Discussion: 11/22 - Breezy winds out of the northwest and a clean air mass on Wednesday will help keep particles in the good category. 11/23 - Thanksgiving Day will be sunny and cool with light westerly winds as a dry air mass makes its way through our region. Air quality will remain in the good category for the Holiday. 11/24 - Good air quality will continue into Friday as a clean, dry air mass persists. Light winds and increased traffic from the holiday will allow particles to rise into the upper good category. Temperatures will reach the low 50s accompanied by brilliant sunshine. 11/25 - Light southwesterly winds will pump warm air into the region accompanied by increasing humidity. Temperatures will reach the upper 50s on Saturday with increasing cloudiness. As a result, levels of fine particulates have the potential to reach the moderate category. 11/26 - Winds out of the northwest becoming gusty will provide a clean and cooler air mass to the region. Air quality will drop into the good category. 11/27 - A cold start to the morning will provide a chilly start to the work-week with temperatures only reaching the mid-40s. Light winds out of the west with clear skies are expected. Air quality will remain in the good category.
