Forecast Discussion: Friday will be another wet, cloudy, and blustery day for the State of Delaware. The persistent upper level low pressure system spinning over the Ohio River Valley will keep the weather unsettled, with a second day of overcast skies, intermittent rain and drizzle, and breezy easterly winds. Additional periods of heavy rain are possible, especially in southern Delaware. Ozone and particles will remain in the low end of the Good range. **Extended Forecast: The upper level low will be slow to lose its grip on the Mid-Atlantic region over the weekend. Overcast and rainy conditions will continue on Saturday, with a chance for some clearing by late Sunday. Good air quality will persist. **This is the last ozone forecast for 2016. Ozone forecasts will resume on May 1, 2017. -Huff
