Forecast Discussion: 6/23 - Good air quality is expected Friday with a chance of showers and cloudy skies forecast across the state. 6/24 - Remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy will be impacting the region on Saturday morning with heavy rain slowly tapering off by late afternoon. Air quality will remain in the good category for the start of the weekend due to showers and overcast skies. Fine particulates will remain in the good category. 6/25 - Drier conditions will return on Sunday due to a ridge of high pressure over the Mid-Atlantic. Ozone will rise slightly into the moderate category for the southern half of New Jersey and remain good everywhere else. Levels of fine particulates will remain in the good category. 6/26 - Mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the low 80's are forecast to start the work-week. Ozone is expected to reach the moderate category and levels of fine particulates will remain good.
