Forecast Discussion: Cooler than normal temperatures and a clean air mass in place maintain Good air quality into Wednesday despite decreasing winds and developing stagnation. With very light winds on Thursday and near normal temperatures under mostly sunny skies will combine to raise ozone into the Moderate range. Increasing south and southeasterly winds on Friday usher in cleaner ocean air. Additionally, cloud development by afternoon will further reduce pollution levels resulting in an upper Good to threshold Moderate air quality day. - MDE
