Forecast Discussion: A weak ridge over the area will be pushed out and quickly followed by another weak ridge. Then Monday a low pressure system will move into the region and settle in. What this means for the weekend is continued warm weather with scattered rain and thunderstorms. Then Monday will see an increase in the strength of the storms and they will be more wide spread. Pollutant levels will continue to build slowly the next couple of days and then the system on Monday should clear out most airsheds. Air quality is forecast to be in the GOOD range for all areas through Monday.
